the location was acceptable the staff were helpful

the room was small for the price i paid the air conditioning did not work properly i reported this to the front desk but the issue was never resolved this made the room stuffy and uncomfortable especially at night the bathroom also had problems the shower screen was poorly installed and water leaked all over the floor

The reception staff were professional. A bus stop outside the hotel facilitates access to Alexanderplatz. I found a mini market behind the building for convenience. My room was kept super clean daily with fresh towels. This ensured a comfortable stay.
